Account Deletion

If you created or used a Picnest account through Google sign-in, you can request deletion of account-related Picnest data.

How to Request Deletion

Email hi@d-j.at from the Google account you used with Picnest. Use the subject line Picnest account deletion request.

What Will Be Deleted

Picnest will delete account-related backend records that identify your Picnest account, such as quota and entitlement cache records controlled by Picnest.

What Stays on Your Device

Picnest stores notes, review state, processing state, and screenshot references locally on your Android device. You can delete local app data from Android settings or uninstall Picnest to remove local data from your device.

Third-Party Records

Some records are controlled by third parties, including Google, Firebase, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat. Subscription and purchase records may be retained by those providers as required for billing, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or user support.

Timing

Picnest will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
